Max IPSec tunnels

How many max. VPN tunnels can be done with Pfsence 2 Pfsence box'es?
I need to make > 150 or even more concurrence VPN connections, which always should be online.

What can be requirements and/or the best solution for this task - hardware requirements for server and clients ???

That depends more on the throughput involved than the number of tunnels, in most cases.

Is it mean that the is no software limitation to have more than 100 concurrent VPN connections in one time?

There are no software limits. There are some pfSense installations out there that have 200-300+ tunnels going at once.
