Ntop very high cpu usage

When i start ntop it works fine, but after a few mins the cpu usage goes to 80-90%.

Any idea what causes this?

I have had this setup working fine for a 6 months +, I recently moved pfsense to ESX, and have had no issues for the last few weeks. But 2 days ago ntop started to act up.

I have rebooted, reinstalled ntop, neither has helped.
