Upgrading nanoBSD

Hi,
I have a 2GB NanoBSD pfSense 2.0Beta version (2 slices of 1 GB I guess) on an Alix board. How exactly do I upgrade? Automatic upgrade tells me I have the latest version (22nd of March, really?) and I am not sure which firmware to update manually. Would I be updating with the 1GB nanobsd version, the 2GB one or the normal 1GB version of pfSense 2.0 on the running slice?

If you used the 2GB NanoBSD image to install, you use the 2GB upgrade.
You can check Diagnostics > NanoBSD or the contents of /etc/nanosize to be sure.
I'm sure how how well upgrades are working on NanoBSD right now, if they are at all, to be honest.

I don't quite get it though, I thought nanoBSD was made in such a way that you only upgraded one slice, while the other stayed there as a backup in case of upgrade failure. If I upgrade with the 2GB version, am I not overwriting the whole CF card (therefore losing the "nano advantage")?

No, you're thinking too much :)
It does only upgrade one slice, but they are named that way so you grab the one with the same number you originally installed with
That's why there are 512MB, 1G, 2G and 4G full images, and 512MB, 1G, 2G, and 4G upgrade images.
If it worked the other way, there would be 256MB, 512MB, 1G, and 2G update files.

I was thinking this was the case, but I wanted to make sure before I screwed up a perfectly well setup pfSense 2.0.
