I have two indipentent pfsense in this infrastracture:

Each PFSense has: 1 WAN interface, 1 LAN Interface and 1 PFN (OPT1) Interface.

PFSense 1 has 10.10.0.1 in PFN
PFSense 2 has 10.10.0.2 in PFN

      All netmasks are 255.255.255.0

I want clients first pfsense "see" clients of second pfsense and vice versa. For example, 10.0.0.23 must have access to 10.0.1.120.

      How can I do?

On pfSense1, add a static route for LAN2 network with a gateway of 10.10.0.2
On pfSense2, add a static route for LAN1 network with a gateway of 10.10.0.1

        That should be sufficient.

Also make sure your firewall rules allow that traffic to flow, of course.
