CARP and Captive Portal

I think my CARP is syncing OK because when I create a firewall rule it syncs to the backup. I also understand that the DHCP server must be manually configured on both the master and the backup. But Captive Portal rules such as allowed IP addresses rules do not sync. Does Captive Portal have to configured on both the master and backup?

Is what gets synced.
