iin traffic shaper by interface, when u select a child queue for editing and then when u only change the Queue Name and hit save, it doesnt apply but if u change anything else and hit save then it works fine
-
under aliases if u have a alias group that has no hosts at all and u try to delete the group, it wont delete, says, Cannot delete rule. Currently in use by dns pass
-
under routing, the default GW_WAN created dynamically, if u try to modify the monitor IP to something like 8.8.4.4, u get an error saying, The gateway address 195.229.252.33 does not lie within the chosen interface's subnet. dont know if this is a bug or this is by design.

upnp doesnt work but i guess there is a thread for it already

Are you sure that any or all of these are specific to NanoBSD? Or are they just 2.0 bugs in general?
I don't have a 2.0 nanobsd box or vm handy at the moment but I can't reproduce #2 on a full install VM.
I think #3 may be by design as-is but it may need to be changed to accommodate other things. There may be a ticket open already about gateways/gateway groups, I know other devs have discussed that this code needs work.
#4 has a ticket already - http://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/show/481
#5 seems to have a couple tickets, not sure if it's also related to other issues - http://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/show/441
