I tried to add new user with User Manager. I did this with success until the procedure forwarded me to new login page and none of my accounts worked out on login attempts (Admin and the new one). The webUI seems to crash and I had to reboot manually. On boot I had panic message (led S.O.S) and I had to use Serial to select boot partition. Now there is no new user I created.

Does this issue have something to do with that OS is read only? There must be an easy way to add new users on nanoBSD builds.

I just made an update to latest version 21st of April and that worked out fine without any issues.

      I used this update: pfSense-2.0-BETA1-1g-20100421-0042-nanobsd-upgrade.img.gz

      pfSense - FreeNAS - OwnCloud
