When open the Traffic Graph, system download speed very slowly!

use ping for test , the reply time more than 200ms, if leave this page only 2ms.
I'm use the Intel(R) Celeron(R) M processor 800MHz Cpu

This page not only shows the traffic graph but also runs the rate package. It's possible that combo is putting a burden on your CPU, though I have run it on an ALIX before, which is slower than that, and it's run OK.

you might run top -SH from the console while this is happening, and see what is at the top of the list.

It could be something related to your network card(s) then, what type of network cards do you have? (Usually indicated by the device name under Interfaces > (assign))
