Troubles with Static ARP and two subnets

Hello. I have two subnets 10.0.0.1/24 and 10.0.1.1/24. If I enable "Enable Static ARP entries" on both of them I can't connect anymore to any of them. If I type in the adresse manual still nothing. I get IP adresse and so on, but I can't access internet through WAN. If I only enable it on one of them, it works. So now I have it on 10.0.0.1/24 which is the wierd network, and only "Deny unknown clients" on thw wifi. But I want to restrict both nets with MAC adresses.
