How could make authentication with free RADIUS

i want  to do RADIUS with mac and ip to the client with free radius

i'm using pf 1.2.3-RELEASE
built on Sun Dec 6 23:38:21 EST 2009

and using PPPoE server with Captive portal and free RADIUS authentication

but i have only apage with user name and password

i want to add some rule that limit anumber of client to use net with an ip and mac

i couldn't use the net work though,net

do you think it dosn't here in radius auth or i shoud use any package else >:(
