      Hello everyone.
I've searched all over the internet but i couldn't find anything about my problem.
I have 2 remote sites connected via VPN IpSec. Everything works ok.
But…... on the second site except the LAN Subnet (192.168.10.0/24) i have a second subnet (192.168.1.0/24) where i have an Asterisk Server.
From my local network those 2 subnets can communicate with each other, but i can't make the remote site with subnet (192.168.0.0/24) to communicate with the second remote site's OPT1 Subnet (192.168.1.0/24) through the VPN Connection.
      I added on the 1st remote site's PfSense a static route :

      Interface : LAN
      Destination : 192.168.1.0/24
      Gateway : 192.168.10.1

but it's like PfSense is ignoring this route.

      Am i doing something wrong?

      Thanks in advance.

IPsec does not obey routing in that way.

You will need to setup a second identical IPsec tunnel between the endpoints for the second subnet.
