Is bandwidth limiter from PF2.0 captiveportal whether actually limit per username, or only per IP? If there is one user online at 2 or more, whether each of BW is shared with one another?

Per IP, if you allow multiple simultaneous logins it will limit each, if they're coming from different IPs.
