DHCP option 121

How to correctly enter DHCP option number 121 according RFC3442 in text field?

I'm using pfSense 2.0-BETA3, and already tried different ways:)

Need to enter for example:
10.103.0.0/16 gateway 192.168.153.2

In the DHCP server, click on "Additional BOOTP/DHCP Options" and add it there?

Yeah, i know where to add. I don't understand in what format it could be entered?
I have already tried with separating coma, space and etc.
But i think it must be in hex form (like in some articles that i googled)

From what I can see, you would have to mathematically calculate what should be there (in hex), based on the format described in RFC3442 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc3442.html)
