How to install GUI part of packages from commande line ?
-
Hello,
My pfSense : Nanobsd 4g
I get troubles to install packages from WebConfigurator, too much failed…
I can do it (and I think it's a better way to do it) from command line, but... there is a but... I don't know how to install the GUI part of the packages...
For example I installed squid from command line:
# /etc/rc.conf_mount_rw # pkg_add -r squid # /etc/rc.conf_mount_ro
It works perfectly, but nothing appear on the WebGui even if I restart it ! Squid is not shown as installed…
Is there specific packages for the WebGui, How and where to find them ? How to install them ?
Thanks

You can't install packages for pfSense that way.
The only way to install the pfSense package for squid is via the GUI.
