Correct behavior with Gateways and loadbalancing?

I am trying to set up load balancing in 6/4 with two WANs but I've noticed that even without the second WAN plugged in, I get the following status:

WAN2 is not even connected but it still says online, Gathering data. Maybe this is only a cosmetic issue.

In the system logs, I see this message periodically:

php: : The gateway: LOADBALANCE is invalid/unkown not using it.

The same situation. In the Gateway Groups Status WAN marked blue and status Unknown.
If I am create a Gateways like on screenshot all working fine.
