Order of operations of proxy redirect

I have a couple clients that I want to go through a different default gateway. I have a firewall rule that redirects traffic from these clients to the alternate gateway, put the transparent proxy redirect takes precedence. I don't want to manually set the gateway on the client, so if there's a way to change the sequence of how these operate, that would be great.

Not currently. The transparent redirect can't be overridden in an easy way.
