WELL THE STUDDER IS STILL THERE!!!! >:( >:( >:(
Before I call my isp up and blowup on them is there anything I can look at to see whats going on? also I would be willing to allow someone to connect to the box and have a look at it. I want to eliminate everything on our end to make sure its not us so we can start the finger pointing game!

Are you able to temporarily remove the pfsense box and verify downloads and youtube streaming?
It's a good idea to start at the very top. Try to eliminate your pfsense box or confirm the device is the issue. Then we can troubleshoot further.

Well if you are still having incomplete downloads without pfsense in the picture then I think it's safe to say that pfsense is not your problem. You should probably contact your ISP.

Ok ISP fixed their problem but now I am seeing on the router that after some time all of the sudden all outgoing wan traffic just stops and then starts back up 10 sec later causing all things internet to stop then start. any ideas?

According to the screenshot your traffic doesn't drop it just seems to crawl for a little bit. Again can you eliminate pfsense?
You said they 'fixed' it, so see if this behavior is the case without pfsense in the picture again.

WORKS WITH JUST LAPTOP AND EVERYTHING WORKS, connected the pfsense and then problems just start back up. could it be a rouge network card or something, is there anything I can run to figure it out?
