      :( i config IP 2 physical with VMNET3 :
      CARD1: 192.168.1.10              [CARD WAN PFSENSE]
      Default Gateway: 192.168.1.50 [CARD WAN PFSENSE]

      CARD2: 192.168.1.50
      Default Gateway: 192.168.1.10

      2 card connection with VMNET3, i use PFsense ping CARD2 OK  ???
      but I can't CARD2 ping PFSENSE

      help me please ??

          You have the same subnet on both cards. (192.168.1.0/24).
          You need to have separate subnets.

                    Still dead, heres the error:
                    503 Service Unavailable
                    No server is available to handle this request.

                    Post them here or at a different site.

                    Are you trying to have each nic point to the other? because thats what you are doing and it wont work.
                    Heres what one would do for a basic setup
                    WAN:Card1: DHCP or Static
                    LAN: Card 2: 192.168.1.1/24
