Unable to communicate with www.pfsense.com. Please verify DNS and interface configuration, and that pfSense has functional Internet connectivity. DNS is OK and interet is working. What is the problem.

      i have:
      2.0-BETA4  (amd64)
built on Fri Aug 27 01:09:19 UTC 2010
      FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE

You are on the latest version.

I just did a clean install of pfSense 2 beta4 on the amd64 platform.  I can perform updates (after allowing unsigned updates) and reach the forums.  However
I also get the same error message (check DNS etc) when trying to access the package list.  I will get it a few hours to see if the repository is down.

Someone broke the 64 bit package list ("can't communicate" doesn't necessarily mean it can't communicate, can be a hosed package list too). I just fixed it, it'll sync in 10 minutes.
