      I'm currently using pfSense 2.0-BETA4 (i386) built on Fri Aug 27 23:40:39 EDT 2010.

I'm using the Captive Portal and vouchers to create a wifi hotspot. However, even after a voucher expires, the user is not logged out. I've ticked "No Authentication" under "Authentication" so that only the voucher is required.

Is there a way to force the user to enter another voucher when the old one is used up?

Please try running /etc/rc.prunecaptiveportal from a shell once you think a session should be timed out.

Does it disconnect the session after running the above?

I just setup a test machine here and it works as expected.

Might want to make sure you have no devices in between doing NAT.

The only device between my pfSense pc and the internet is an Asus WL-520GU router. Could it be because of Squid acting as a transparent proxy?

In any case, I installed pfSense 2 Beta 4, Sept 9 build and user expiry seems to be working now. :)
