      I believe this was a recent issue Bug #877 as I recall concerning the status/services page always showing the openvpn server as "stopped" even when it was obviously up and running. I thought some changes had been made to status_services.php recently to resolve this but It didn't appear to work for me. I verified that the changes made within the past two days matched the file I have installed. But the gui still dispays "stopped" regardless of the vpn state. If the changes made weren't for this issue and are still forthcoming..please disregard
