"Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface" doesn't work for me

Hi,

running snapshot built on Tue Jun 29 23:14:32

I noticed that pfsense is blocking traffic originating from a host in the local lan subnet (as seen by pfsense) to a different subnet reachable through another router (in the lan subnet of course).

local subnet is 192.168.12.0/24, pfsense ip is 192.168.12.2
other subnet is 192.168.100.0/24 reachable through 192.168.12.3

I double checked whether I had "Bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface" checked.

Is this a known bug?
