"PF Rules not loaded"

Found this error in the system log and wanted to pass it along.
php: : The command '/sbin/pfctl -o basic -f /tmp/rules.debug' returned exit code '1', the output was '/tmp/rules.debug:161: cannot define table bogons: Device busy pfctl: Syntax error in config file: pf rules not loaded'

Just today I saw that device busy line for bogons on mine at a Sept. 27th build, too.

Not sure if these two threads are related, but you might want to keep an eye on this one also.
