      Hi all,
      I m new here and I hope u all could help me with this.
      I m trying to limit the bandwitch for video/music streaming like youtube and other sites. How am I suppose to do this?
      I ve tried by IP penalty computer but didn t work. Can u guys help me?

        I'm not sure you can.  My understanding was that video/music streaming is UDP, and there is no way to throttle that inbound.

          You need to fine tune the HSFC curve in a corresponding queue to lower its max bandwidth after, say, 1000ms.

          It's TCP. Flash video streaming is based on HTTP and RTMP. Multicast UDP is generally used by ISPs.
