1 Lan, 2 Wan how to switching WAN

Hi,
I'v got 1 Lan beyond pfsense and 2 wan before.
I can only use only 1 wan, with his gateway.
The gateways always get down, so I manually switch on the other with the hope that it work.

So there's a way to put 2 gateway on a WAN or detect if a gateway is online or not and make the switch automatically?

I know about load balancer but don't work on my 1.2.3-RC1… so please let me know if and how I can make it in other way.
