[FIXED] Dashboard acting weird

Is anyone else having problems with their dashboard not showing the stuff they originally put on there, and when they reconfigure it, and save, other things pop up? This is happening at both "work" and home.
This is using today's snapshot at 00:32 for full install
Desired dashboard config (From Oct. 31st Backup)

Whatever changes I try and it does not save them and just reverts back to showing Intefaces/Carp/Packages
