      Hi guys,
Can't seem to find a solution to my problem. I have pfSense 1.2.3 release installed with squid and havp only. Everything is working great and no problems. The only problem I am facing now is that Hotmail.com and the login page for yahoo mail is not accessible at all. Google QQ or any other sites including youtube have no problems at all. I have not blocked any sites nor have any restrictions. If I access from outside of pfsense those sites are accessible. Please help very confused never had problems like this before.

      Tks in advance
      Eric

      P.S

I have already reinstalled without packages and still have this problem. As long as pfSense is not the firewall there is no problem. Extremely confused  ??? ??? ???

I presume in both cases you are talking about browser access. If so, please elaborate on "inaccessible". Browser reports a timeout? browser displays "Done" and an empty page? Browser displays "Done" and part of a page? …

Have you checked the squid log? the firewall log? the system log?

It doesn't timeout nor show any action just keeps loading. It's just stuck. I have read that squid cannot cache https pages would that be the cause? But then other https pages load fine. I haven't turned on logs in squid or havp, but the system isn't showing anything. I went as far as changing another computer to see if it was hardware and still the same. Other installation at other locations do not have this problem. Bad luck? Hardware are basic setups and no special hardware. Those are the only two website or webpages that don't work LOL. Everything else is smooth.

          Tks in advance
          Eric

            Hi guys,
I made a mistake and somehow enabled pf scrubbing that caused all this problems. It is all solved and now working smoothly. I want to apologize for all these confusion.

Tks and grateful for all the help
            Eric

            P.S.
How do I mark this as solved? If you can please mark as solved thank you.
