RESOLVED:VPN: IPsec: Keys edit and add buttons linked to same destination.
-
i try again, but same thing happened. No way to add second key, when trying add new one it replace old one.
and maybe its useful info for you, every time when i open ย http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/vpn_ipsec_keys.php page apply changes button appear on the top,and nothing to apply because i did not change anything
i tried with other browsers(chrome,ie)
-
What are you trying to add? A second key to the same identifier? That doesn't work.
Just hit the + and add a new key with a different name, it saves fine.
-
Of course not, trying to add new key with different name .
I upgraded last snap,same problem continued.(2.0-BETA4 (i386) built on Wed Nov 3 14:11:01 EDT 2010)
-
What browser are you using?
I'm also on the latest snapshots and it's adding and editing keys fine.
-
i triedย firefox,chrome and ie
-
Something in the procedure you're following must be incorrect then. It doesn't make sense that it doesn't work, all of the links on that page are correct and work just fine on my installs.
-
it's very basic operation add or edit,so do you want any info ?or conf file?
-
Yes, it is very simple, which is why I'm thinking there is something not quite right with how you are performing the operation.
I need screenshots of what you are trying to do at each step, and the URL of each page you are seeing along the way as you click links.
-
as you see apply changes always on the top, even i clicked apply changes it continues appear on the top when i access vpn_ipsec_keys.php page next time.
-
OK, I was finally able to replicate this in a different VM, one that didn't have any IPsec user keys.
-
I just checked in a fix.
Also, the apply changes button showed up for me only as long as IPsec was disabled. Once I enabled IPsec, then applied changes, it cleared as expected.

Ok ,i'll try next snap and inform you.
Thanks Jimp,it's ok with latest snap.
