      Hi,

      when i trying to install squid on 2.0beta4 i got this error:

      Warning: fwrite(): 96 is not a valid stream resource in /etc/inc/pkg-utils.inc on line 844 Warning: fwrite(): 96 is not a valid stream resource in /etc/inc/pkg-utils.inc on line 919 Warning: fwrite(): 96 is not a valid stream resource in /etc/inc/pkg-utils.inc on line 922

      Removing squid components…
      Loading package instructions... Deinstall commands...

      any problem squid on embedded ?or any special instructions installing squid on embedded 2.0 beta4?
      I saw squid on installed packages tab,but it's not installed .

      my system:
      2.0-BETA4 (i386)
      built on Wed Nov 10 13:48:40 EST 2010  on alix2d13

      same problem on full install

          Some changes were made in the package system over the past few days. Try it again on a recent snapshot to see if the behavior has improved.

            Trying install squid on full install  latest snap built on Thu Nov 18 02:10:52 EST 2010

            Here is squid install logs,it seems squid installed with success,but now another install problem with snort

              Since your squid install issue seems OK, you will get a better response for the snort issue by starting a fresh thread for that. The snort maintainer would be more likely to notice the thread if it had snort in the title.
