SquidGuard blocking all but 1 or 2 sites

Hi,

I've been searching around the forum and didn't quite find a way to do this.

Like the title said I'd like to block all sites but 1 or 2 sites with squidguard, and still have one specific IP address that can access all web, this last part i manage to do with ACL, also blocking all sites for the rest of the IP range was easy, the tricky part is to give access to a specific site to that IP range. Can someone give me a hand?
