      Hello everybody,

      I followed the stickied tutorial for openvpn, but i am getting periodic disconnect.

      here's what i have in my log :

      Nov 27 05:59:30 openvpn[27992]: /usr/local/sbin/ovpn-linkdown ovpnc2 1500 1542 10.0.12.104 255.255.254.0 init
      Nov 27 05:59:30 openvpn[27992]: Closing TUN/TAP interface
      Nov 27 05:59:30 openvpn[27992]: Exiting
      Nov 27 05:59:30 openvpn[27992]: ERROR: could not read Auth username from stdin
      Nov 27 05:59:30 openvpn[27992]: TLS: soft reset sec=0 bytes=593880/0 pkts=6040/0

      Any idea anyone ?

        There were some problematic commits to openvpn please try a new snapshot.

          i'm on the newest snapshot, same issue.

          i tried to set the debug to the highest level to get more info, but i got the same outpug regarding the disconnect.

            Also, pfsense is reporting the openvpn gateway down, but i still have an ip(10.0.8.127), and i'm able to ping the gateway ip(10.0.12.1) wich also my monitoring ip.

              Please provide your logs.
              And the content of /var/etc/openvpn/*
