Can not use the # character (ASCII 35) in the snmp read community string
-
I am not aware that the # character (ASCII 35) is on the invalid character list for snmp.
All my other devices and software have no issue with my read community string containing the # character.
In pfsense 2.0-BETA5 (amd64) built on Sat Jan 8 00:47:04 EST 2011I get the following error:
The following input errors were detected:
* Invalid character '#' in read community stringBlessings,

There is a side effect with bsnmp config file.

Thanks Pierre,
I guess I will have to change my community string.
