    Upgrade complains about image size and corrupt

      Hello.

      I'm getting this error on the latest upgrade.

      Aug 23 12:44:33 php: : New alert found: Upgrade failed due to the upgrade image being larger than the partition that is configured on disk. Halting. Size on disk: 1886 < Size of new image: 3921

      m1n1wall - ALIX.2D3 System Board with 500 MHz AMD Geode LX800 CPU 3 10/100 Ethernet ports (VIA VT6105M 10/100)
      1 miniPCI slot for future expansion (VPN Acceleration, wireless, etc.) 2 USB ports 256 MB DDR DRAM

        I have down graded to  http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/i386/pfSense_HEAD/updates/pfSense-2.0-BETA4-4g-20100821-0549-nanobsd-upgrade.img.gz

            Originally, auto update.  I'm been auto updating daily the last few weeks.

            My down grade was manual through ssh and 13).

              Auto update worked for me just now. It's possible that when you tried there was a bad snapshot set as the "latest" one to be used for auto update.
