Hotspot project

I want to start a project with pfsense.

here is how it goes:

there are going to be multiple hotspots in a city and i want the users to be able to use their captive portal accounts on all the hotspots.
Every pfsense router in going to be in diferent place with it's own adsl line (the hotspots are going to be indepantant installations). So somehow i need to make all the routers "talk" to eachother and veryfy the user.

any ideas?

You could have them all authenticate against a single RADIUS server.
