Friends I am more than eight hours trying to solve this problem :'( :-\ :-[
I created a nat rule as in figure 1
was created and automatically Rule -> Figure 2
In the system log message is OK, but I can not connect to my mail server from outside (Figure 3)
Example
C: \ Users \ Administrador.AFECC> telnet 189.3.122.2 25
Connecting to 189.3.122.2 … Could not open connection to host,
on port 25: connection failedMy LAN setup is the figure 4
I appreciate everyone's help, I'm coming temporarily to the iptables again ..

The traffic is getting to you and getting passed, either the mail server isn't responding or it isn't responding to the right place (i.e. wrong default gateway). Packet capture on LAN will ensure it's leaving LAN and show whether it's getting a response.

hmmm ..
The mail server is still wrong with the gateway, instead of being that is using pfsense 192.168.0.232, the server is still using the gateway 192.168.0.8
This might be the problem??
But neither the telnet entry work like this? -
This is exactly the problem. You're using the wrong gateway. Fix this.
