I am thinking about putting a pfSense box in a Rack Colo but am not sure if pfSense can be used in this way. I have about 64 static IP addresses, would I need to setup an internal LAN with their own IP addresses and use NAT 1:1 to connect or is there a way to still use static IP on the web servers and keep all the configurations the same and just plug this box before my switch and capture all traffic that way? My main goal is to monitor bandwidth usage by IP and also to use the bandwidth limiting ability of pfSense.

I haven't tried it but I've considered just bridging two interfaces to do what you are talking about.
