Error installing Stunnel and FreeRadius (cant read tbz pkg)

i get errors when attempting to install both stunnel and freeradius, heres the error logs located in /tmp

I get the following when trying to add the freeradius package on all boxes now:

I'm receiveing the same error on pfsense 1.0.1 built on Sun Oct 29 01:07:16 UTC 2006, running from HDD. Error log pasted below, note I also attempted a manual install (i.e. pkg_add) with no success.
