      I would Like to know if Snort Is working in the latest build of Pfsense has the install problem be fixed with the missing file ?

        Last thing I know is that new snort version is being coded by "jamesdean"
        " am currently coding for snort 2.9.0.4 with a modified version of snortsam."

          I'm guessing you mean the mysql library file error?  That one seems to be resolved, I installed snort on a couple 2.0 boxes last week without hitting that.
