Hi, I have just configured a new wan and planned to apply some services configuration remotely, I'm 4h far from the office.

But I'm affraid to loose connection to some services after creating a new pool and so.

      Any recommendation ?

I've never done that before. Just want to use secondary WAN for one asterisk box ports  …

      Thanks in advance ! :)

Making load balancing/failover pools does not affect traffic coming in from the WAN side.

Your policy routing rules only affect connections initiated from the LAN interface.

It should be safe to configure that remotely.

OpenVPN should be safe as well.

The load balancer pools do not affect any traffic by themselves. And the gateway settings on the LAN rules won't affect your VPN traffic since it's not entering the firewall on the LAN interface.
