PF 2.0 traffic shaper

Help to config Ttaffic shaper
I have 3 interfaces:
1-Lan (192.168.0.1/24)
2-Wan(192.168.1.2/24) from DSL modem
3- Wan (89.187.44.7/27)
I need configurate shaper to share my bandwidth equal from all in lan subnet (which are download or upload at full speed )
I find some strange  thing , when i config shaper with wizard(single lan multi wan ) all p2p trafic falls in qdefault and no to qp2p…

In addition i have big pings (>200) and many drops packet on 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1 too.

P2P trafic can't  detect any rules  :-[
