64bit snapshots broken
-
Switch problem was supposedly rectified but for whatever reason looks like the 64bit snapshot builder needs a kick in the rear. I dont know who actually maintains the snapshot servers. JimP?
-
Yes I meant that the snapshots are not being generated for 64bit builds. Can someone check on the 64bit snapshot server?
Thanks!

Is 64bit discontinued? ;D
-
It is the end of the month and the 64bit Pfsense snapshot server is STILL BROKEN!!
Stuck at the 26th ::)
Can someone tweet this and spread the word?

Keep posting, I'm sure someone will eventually take an interest in a post about snapshots with a large post count. Wish there was a way to contact devs with simple problems such as these but sadly I'm sure it would get abused.
;D

You could always PM them or post to the mailing list.

From what I've seen, Jimp is the most accessible on these forums and if you've ever seen his signature it states in sum and substance, Dont PM me for sh*.
;)

Maybe Jimp is helping someone unpack a new Traktor D.J. toy to do the upcoming Pfsense 64 bit "Welcome To Snapshot Land" theme song. ::)
PFsense RC1 64 bit still BROKEN as of this writing.

LOL, I see you read the pfSense Twitter box on the snapshot server page too.
;D
-
I don't think the link is just broken, maybe the developer team decided to focus on one version only at the moment to be on time for the delivery date, which is a choice that makes sense…
-
Seems to be fixed now, about to jump off the cliff and upgrade. ;)
Edit: Working fine, ntpd issue still exists.

Reporting a broken builder is fine, it's the dozens of people who PM me asking me for personal help with $random_config_issue that the signature is aimed towards (and yet still gets ignored… ;-)
