      I am wondering if anyone has instructions on how to setup an ftp server (vsftpd) usinf pfsense/

      2 interfaces
      WAN
      LAN

      ftp server is on Lan subnet, on one interface

      I can connect internally and even get a connection when connecting externally but the external hangs and then eventually times outs.

      tried to make sense of the sticky's but coould not make them work.

        And I recieve this message using Filezilla client

        Error: Connection timed out
        Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
