      Hello
I am a new user of pfsense, still testing it.
I am currently using endian firewall and i want to ask if pfsense support live logging.
If anyone of you uses or used endian he could understand, for the others i will explain
At transparent mode endian gives you the option to watch your web traffic LIVE for all your ip clients, it is very usefull, also it has LIVE firewall logs
and content filter, example if a user tries to enter a banned site i can instantly see it.
Astaro has it too but it is too confusing, endian shows you the entire url example Web proxy 2010-11-08 16:23:29 610 10.1.102.162 TCP_MISS/200 4507 GET http://www.zoo.gr/ - DIRECT/206.188.4.134 text/html

Pf sense GUI is better than Endian and i think it is more stable also but for a system administrator it is very important to watch all the live logs
of his network without pressing all the time the update key, and waiting!
Also another benefit of the endian is tha it can be used with one network card !

      Thanks

It seems to me that an admin should/would have better things to do than stare at a screen watching user activity all day.  ;D
