      How to install the pfsensein my pc. i have downloaded the pfSense-2.0-RC1-2g-i386-20110226-1633-nanobsd.img.how to makebootable and install please help me

        nanobsd isn't right version for pc. You should use normal image. You should use http://pfsense.mirror.range-id.it/downloads/pfSense-2.0-RC1-i386-20110226-1530.iso.gz <– that one

            The file is Gzip compressed so you need to uncompress it.
            In Windows you can use almost any compression program such as WinRar or WinZip.
