LANGW and WANGW status OFFLINE, changed from 64bit to 32bit

Dear master pfsense … please help please ...
case:
initial installation on an AMD64 machine :
PF-BETA4 version 2.0 (amd64) built on Thu Oct 9 03:45:13 UTC 2010 FreeBSD 1.8-RELEASE-p1
after getting input from the forum about the condition of 32-bit version is more stable eventually chose to use 32-bit version:
pfsense 2.0 beta 4 32-bit ...
http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/i386/pfSense_HEAD/livecd_installer/?C=M; O = Dinstallation to the hard drive okay .. but after the setting in accordance with commonly used settings (previously set pf machine can connect the internet, active cativeportal, install snort, squid, squidGuard, and can create vouchers to a hotspot client, the client can also connect the internet).
after a week with 64bit PF version on machine, we got some problem, the client can get the ip dhcp but can not connect, the login page sometimes does not appear ...
after the 32 bit ver installed to hard disk and further setting for internet connection .... gateway status would always be in the OFFLINE state, can not connect internet, once again tried to install the 64 bit version as well at last ...
