NAT over IPSec does it work?
-
Hi to all
Has anyone tried to nat over IPSEC in version 2.0 RC1?
I have upgraded to the latest update, but Nat over IPsec does not seem to work.
1:1 Nat has an option to select the interface IPsec for the nat.
Phase 1 its ok the vpn is up and in phase 2 i did not see any errors .
Ipsec rules its allow any from ipsec .
I see logs that come from the other side of the tunnel to my Nat internal IP but i cannot access anything from my other side..
Routes are ok from both side
The same config works with another firewall ..Has anyone tried to nat over IPsec successfully
v.2.0-RC2
Thanks in advance -
It doesn't work, and can't work, not the way that pf and FreeBSD's IPsec implementation work.
It's something that is intended to be addressed in the future, but doesn't work yet.

Thank you for the answer
Will be available in version 2 when stable edition comes out?
I am asking because it has an option in nat over IPsec.
Keep up the good work, I am using pfsense since 2008 as a proxy, and firewallThanks again

Not 2.0, maybe 2.1.
