DNS Forwarder trouble

Hi all,
I have a problem when config the DNS Forwarder on pfSense. This is my scenario, i wanna pulish a server with ip 192.168.1.100 with port 8080 ( http://192.168.1.100:8080/appName ), and i intend to give an internet hostname for that, so i config the host app.abc.com (exaple only) map to 192.168.1.100 on DNS Forwarder, NAT configuration completed. But, when the clients access throught the Internet with http://app.abc.com:8080/appName -> reply by "Couldn't resolve the host name"
How do I troubkeshoot that?
