Installing bandwidthd on 1.2.3-RELEASE

I have upgrade pfsense 1.2-RC4 to pfsense 1.2.3-RELEASE and import the existing configurations using the xml file.All the other configurations are imported properly except the bandwidthd. when click on the bandwidthd it gives this error message "Warning: fopen(/usr/local/pkg/bandwidthd.xml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /etc/inc/xmlparse.inc on line 158 Error: could not open XML input",I need to be sure whether the Bandwidthd comes as inbuild package on pfsense, if not how to install it on pfsense.

if I copy the existing files from the old system to new one ( /usr/local/pkg/bandwidthd.inc and /usr/local/pkg/bandwidthd.xml) will it work for me

Please provide me with a workaround.

I think you will need to download the existing config file and manually edit out any instances of bandwidthd , upload the edited config and reboot then install bandwidthd again.
