      Hi,
I spend some hours fideling out why it is not possible to merge all my vlans with subnets to one statistic group, wondering because this should be the ntop default setting and is changeable in ntop>admin>startup setting>advanced also.
After looking deeper I found out that in the generated ntop.sh rc script the option "-M", meaning DON'T merge is set, which is overwriting the preference settings in ntop.
I changed manually and everything was as expected.
So, please add a checkbox for merge interfaces in the pfsense gui or even better, simply remove the -M option, because users who wants this can change this in the ntop setting by themselves.

      Best regards

I added a toggle for that to the ntop package for 2.0.

        https://github.com/bsdperimeter/pfsense-packages/commit/174e729e3400f0d5403eb5b1676c9519bc15598c

I won't be touching the ntop package for 1.2.3 though, as it's prone to breakage and is quite old at this point. 2.0 is the way forward.

          Thanks for the quick response.
2.0 has so many impovements that I must encourage everybody to use it anyway.
