Execute 'pkg_info' from console and check for exists 'squid-xxxx' entry.

Go to Diagnostics > Command, and enter the following two commands in the shell execute box:

            pkg_delete \*squid\*
            rm /usr/local/pkg/squid*

            And then try to reinstall.

At most you might have to make a backup, edit the squid package info out of the config, and then restore it, then reinstall.
